Like any large company, the direct manager can make or break the experience and I've been fortunate in this regard. "I have worked with US companies such as Bechtel Power and I have found them to be the most ethical and very structured and companies such as Bechtel or PPL can allow you to make great achievements in your work and build strength. The same observations can be made about US companies such as TRC, REALTIME , BLACK &VEATCH etc. However working with Canadian firm such as WSP_USA or SNC-LAVALIN is also great but you will need to make a lot of adjustments and lower your expectations in terms of achievements and growth . You will need to work hard to fill gaps and make corrections to their project work, management, planning as well as technical standards and quality assurance."
