"I worked for this company for almost 6 years and while I began with great hopes of moving up in the company, I never got to be more than an average employee with a very low salary for my level of education (Bachelor) and for the job I was doing. I had the skills and knowledge I need to be a Manager or a Supervisor in this company but every time an opportunity for improvement presented, the Vice-President of Operations and/or the CEO blocked my promotion and gave it to some friend or family."
