"Excellent sales training and career growth opportunities for the right person. You have to like being a "hunter" and essentially dedicate your life to this company. The idea of a healthy work-life balance is not a shared value throughout the company. If you can handle cold calling 50 doors a day and making 30 phone calls to set up meetings with people who don't really care about what you're selling, then give it a shot! The compensation plan is ridiculous as well. They say you haven't "earned the right to a residual commission since you're an entry-level employee" and that they aren't willing to give you money you've rightfully earned since they have such a high turnover."

"I am still working in this company and especially based on working environment and unprofessional managers, I need to work in a better place for proving my capability of my skills."

"I worked for this company for almost 6 years and while I began with great hopes of moving up in the company, I never got to be more than an average employee with a very low salary for my level of education (Bachelor) and for the job I was doing. I had the skills and knowledge I need to be a Manager or a Supervisor in this company but every time an opportunity for improvement presented, the Vice-President of Operations and/or the CEO blocked my promotion and gave it to some friend or family."

"Was good to me for the first couple of years, but did not have my back once I hit a certain point in my career. Despite building many good relationships within, the top levels in the company did not have a strong relationship with even the senior reps so no one ever can feel comfortable."
