"Learning nothing. No training. Low pay. once you quit and went back to ask for reference required by NJ Board of Accountancy for CPA license, they acted like they didn't know you. it has been 7 months since I passed CPA exam, until today (10/08/2009) the HR (Ms. LeeHo) still ignored my request. They cut the bridge really quick."
What suggestions do you have for management?
