"My boss can be a bit overbearing sometimes. The hours have to be the same as the mall hours, which sucks."

"I would move our store location out of the mall."

"You must really like dealing with people every day. Many of the times people are upset with technical issues and have a negative disposition because of this, so be prepared for that. If you absolutely love sales and cell phones, this is a job for you."

"Middle management likes to micromanage. It seems like we are consistently threatened because no one can meet their sales expectations."

"I have never met the president of our company. I think it would be very difficult for the CEO to meet us all personally, but possibly he could address everyone in some sort of mass format."
