"Strong company - very innovative"
"Wingstop is a great company. A lot of hours though and it’s not as easy as you think. Always on the go and great company to work for ."
What do you like about working at Wingstop?
"The people (some people). The food. The drinks. I really liked where this particular restaurant was placed. It was convenient and we had a lot of customers coming in.. good for sales."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Stay away... stay very far away from this company. You are wasting your time working for them."
What don't you like about working at Wingstop?
"The management. They were very unprofessional. At least the one I worked for. They can't afford to give you a raise. They cut your hours and in fact don't give you any and let's say you worked a total of 40 hours exactly they'll change your hours in the system and make it seem like you only worked 35 hours. There are no benefits or any perks, nor do they really give you a discount. You work hard and smell like chicken at the end of the day and do it all over again for minimum wage. Not worth it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I suggest to be more clear on employee rights. Stop sexual harassment and don't fire someone for reading false information through someone's facebook. Give us some name tags and don't cut hours and most importantly be PROFESSIONAL!"
