"Willkie Farr is a large Lawfirm in which I worked in the accounting department. My department is close-knit and pretty easy to navigate so it has a family feel to it. My job is great not too demanding although with permission restrictions it can be difficult to get things done at times."

"I've worked for Willkie for over 7 years and it's a good place to work for long term if you have a moderate set of job growth expectations. They do want to improve the worker's life vs work balance however for IT it's impossible when things come up. There's very little mobility in terms of structure but things are changing there."
