"Willamette Dental Group has a clinical philosophy that it evidence based in the latest science and research. It is a privately owned company. The owner and Senior Management value profits over people as their greatest asset. While I understand that every organization must be profitable, there is no recognition from the Senior Leadership for a job well done at any level. Often tenured providers or staff were removed from their positions without prior notification or feedback."
