"Be aware of the standards and expectations, and policies that govern the employee and the consumers they serve."

What don't you like about working at Whole Foods?

"It could be a case of job burnout or disillusionment. My background and education are in a totally different area. The routine has become stale and uninteresting, perhaps even mundane."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The facilities of my store are deplorable, tight, and somewhat hazardous. This is the first priority if I were to have decision-making and CEO level access and responsibility."
