"I worked at WeWork for a little over a year, and my experience there was foundational for me to grow professionally. However, there were many gaps in communication between the NYC Headquarters and regional leadership. At times, we were finding out information about the company through the news and not through management. I found this to be extremely problematic as it showcased the lack of transparency and communication within the organization. At the same time, the job description for my position was changing, and it was not something I was interested in further pursuing."

"I have worked at WeWork for 1 year and 6 months. There have been many changes within the company since I have started. The company as a whole has gone through a major restructuring, and as a result, has let go of many of their employees. The past year and a half have been an enjoyable experience, and I have learned a great amount in sales, customer success, and the importance of networking."

"I've been with WeWork for just short of 4 years. The company has had its ups and downs and fair share of media scrutiny, but I will continue to stand behind the product as being the best in the industry."

"I've been with WW for a year now and it's a never ending emotional rollercoaster of uncertainty. I love what I do and believe I perform well but it feels like none of that matters."

"I was employed for WeWork Construction, a new division for The We Company, for one year. I was part of a team responsible for the startup of the self-perform Construction division. The people I shared this journey with were intense, immensely talented, driven, and dedicated. We took on the monumental workload, (re)built the aircraft in-flight, and exceeded our goals delivering on time and on a budget all of our projects. It was truly an honor working with these were dynamic and talented individuals and although my peers and my direct supervisor were amazing, the company faced many significant and insurmountable challenges, and leadership at corporate headquarters was deficient and irresponsible. Although the core business was very strong, the company diversified too quickly and the business direction changed due to significant financial problems. A re-organization followed eliminating our entire division and the company divested multiple assets. As a result, I was laid off along with thousands of my coworkers."

"My personal experience in the company has been overall positive, however morale is low as our leadership team has been in a historically high turnover rate. My team and direct managers were a blessing to work with, just be sure to have conversations early on in regards to your career path and longer term goals. Advise for leadership is to practice transparency to build back up company morale."
