"Very much a company that is their way or you are gone. Our facility was bought by WestRock and within a year managed to turn a fairly profitable site into one that was unprofitable. My site’s management like to take inexperienced individuals, provide them with little training and slap them in a new roll. Then when something goes wrong, blame that individual."

"They will lie and manipulate you. Said I would get a raise after 90 days lie. Then they said become a machine tender you'll get a raise. They moved me to maintenance so I would not get that raise. I asked them for a raise for maintenance which I have 10+ years of maintenance. Turned down. Horrible place to work. Plant manager and general manager. Crooks. Stay away. They have their favorites. Don't work there."
