What do you like about working at WestRock?

"Nothing. The company is disorganized, has no real direction as it has three owners of equal ownership. They are in the game for their own financial gains and not honest in their commissionspayment."

"Avoid this company if at all possible. You will never get a straight answer until after a opportunity is lost. They want to change the rules of employment everytime something comes up."

What don't you like about working at WestRock?

"No consistent direction, no organization, very poor service to their customers, never return calls or inquiries, office is very ineffective and unsupported."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop the inside bickering between all of the owners and start treating your sales people fairly."
