WestPoint Financial Group Employee

"I have worked with Westpoint for about 6 months. They are a great company, full of great employees and owners that care about them. However, they lack any opportunity for career advancement and job security. People who have been great employees are constantly blindsided by at-will terminations, usually with little to no reason behind it. No one feels like they have job security, and many of their employees are stressed by that."
