"I've been working in the contract department for Westgate for about 2 years now. It is a great working environment. I am always happy to see my collegues. It is a good job to start off with, but I would not consider it as a career. There is not much room to grow in that department."
"I’ve worked at westgate resorts since 2017 and overall it’s a great company. I’ve met amazing people and made some friendships. Unfortunately, there are many departments that are corrupt due to poor management and HR being friends with manager. They enforce rules when they want and never take accountability for their own actions."
"Great for getting back out there. Especially if you hadn’t been working for several years. It’s a way to readjust into the work field amongst new people and fellow workers occasionally. Pay is not corresponding to that of a proper full-time job."
