"I worked for Western Dental in 2015 - 2016. I was giving the opportunity to grow in my field and learn a lot. The company was going through transition so benefits weren’t as strong as their competitors. I met a lot of great people while I worked there but turnover was high because people would find jobs with better benefits and pay. Even though I left there as I relocated to a different part of the country, I most likely would have only stayed one or two more years."

"Western Dental is a strong company that will continue to grow and expand in the Dental space. We service a population that are largely under-served due to their social economic status. It is a company that are driven by its mission."

"Worst company I have ever worked for. The professionalism is not there. They are biassed. The way you move up in the company depends on who you are friends with. They will not move up hard workers. Most of the time every one slacks it while one person does the hard work. Unbelievable."
