What suggestions do you have for management?

"We need a manager that listens to our concerns and does something about it. The management has to stop looking at the nursing staff just as work force. we need to feel appreciated,Another way to make the staff feel appreciated is through the salary. In house registry and per diem make more money than full time employees. I think we need to appreciate the people we ca rely on-the full timers."
