"I have been with Wells Fargo since June of 2020. It is a good company and the department has a family feel to it. Help is always there when needed. Management is strong and the remote part of the job has been successful even with the short time frame."

Many positions are now filled from the outside and this makes it difficult for current employees to advance in their careers."

"Someone on site caught Covid and the way they responded was extremely irresponsible. Over 40 people still working in office and the “social distancing” guidelines weren’t enough to stop people from getting sick. The training was completely virtual and how they handled the amount of employees they hired to come in instead of letting them work from home is completely irresponsible and they are contributing to the increase of cases."
