"I have been working hard at this time, the only part that has been bad, is the slowness at learning each point and each area of my job."

"Be sure all education pieces of the job are in place before the new employee is to start."

"WellPoint is a health benefits company. They are ranked as one of the largest health benefit companies offering network-based managed health care plans to employers, individuals, and seniors.The goal was to implement a web-based payment interface to allow a member to view and pay their monthly bill online using a credit card/check. I was kept on and extended to be part of the team that helped with Phase 2, which was to implement paperless billing. This was a huge project, impacting multiple systems on front end and on the backend."
