"Great company to work for based on quality of product, local territory, management and co-workers. Unfortunately the pay is not significant enough to maintain a living if you are new to the competitive direct mail industry. They want their folks to succeed but the draw is not long enough to grasp the environment. My recommendation is to recruit within the direct mail field for successful candidates."

"Welcome Wagon is poorly run by corporate. The sales team had a 200% turnover rate! And they didnt care. Managment was frequently changed and this also did not help with harmony in the work place."
