"I wish I could work in a group of people who I can bounce ideas off of who know what I'm talking about when I need to discuss. I work in a corporate heavy environment which I love, but I also feel more freedom gets my creative juices flowing."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think that we all get caught up in our day to day work and I would say this is one of my weaknesses as well. I would love to have a more transparent communication channel to those I work with. I love to discuss my current projects, weekend plans, and hobbies!"
