"I did many things...Graphics, Collateral, Designing, Creating, Drawing. Other artist were fun to work with. Pay was good. I work near all the stores at 34th street."

"Don't stay long use it as a stepping stone to a better opportunity."
What don't you like about working at Haddad?
"They got rid of the best people and kept the crummy one's. Management did now what was going on most of the time. It was a company divided not one brand."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would look closer at the employees I currently have and advance people from withing.I would put more attention to details at meetings and really listen to what my employees have to say.I would also treat my departments as equals not separate entities.I would also keep my best sales people happy."
