"WebMD has been around for a while and continues to evolve (not necessarily always for the better). Since the company was acquired, there's been a lot of cost-cutting. Some people tend to stay and don't leave for a while, but on the other hand, there are frequent layoffs and reorganizations happening. Work/life balance depends on the department you're in."
"The environment and the coworkers are great. Enjoyed working and learned lot."
"I'm completely satisfied with the company, the culture, my colleagues. No micromanaging, everyone is friendly, intelligent, and willing to help. Flexible work schedule, very little overtime. Very casual atmosphere, yet everyone works hard and is committed to their work. Definite sense of teamwork. Good benefits. I'm quite happy here."
