"Team was good and supportive as a rule. Ability to work remotely."

"If you cannot stay away from this company, avoid entanglements with management. This company needed a wake up call long ago. Document every agreement you make with this company."

"Long hours, sometimes in excess of 60 hours per week, projects were moving targets, no support from management, pay received late, if at all, accountability is zero at this company from the top down."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Begin with focusing on product and not on name recognition. Pare back management personal expenses and focus on product. Become a responsible company, plain and simple."

"limitations on forward advancement due to lack of positions and budget, government budget procedures (i.e. everything must be approved by commissioners court in the annual budget/once a year)"

"Nothing really, the only issue I have was the economy caused the company to go under."

"They did a pretty good job. The company was growing and we worked hard to make it happen. I guess the only thing was little bit more focus on the customers we where trying to get."

"Just be yourself, be honest, and be patient. Also, be ready to do anything in the store as part of your job--sales floor, clean bathrooms, wash dishes, plus your regular job duties."

"My office often feels stuffy and hot--I have to run a fan daily to feel reasonably comfortable. There are 3 bosses--2 owners, 1 general manager--who do not communicate with the employees or each other very well. Business processes and workflows are not organized very well."

"Hire a business process specialist to streamline all business processes throughout the company to make it more efficient and less stressful."
