Submit a Review"I love the chance to make a difference in people's lives, to help solve problems, to aid communication, to teach and improve understanding while constantly learning. It is a position that wears many hats including IT, Marketing, Design, Development, Network Administration, and interacting with customers at all levels. I don't like that it is a job that isn't seen as important when it isn't directly impacting another position."

"The paychecks are consistent and the managers and owners run around like chickens with their heads cut off"

"Don't. My time at EMA was miserable and I will never have it back."
What don't you like about working at EMA Design Automation?
"I have never seen anything so poorly managed as this company. Long hours. No vacation/ sick time for the first year. Yes-men move up while intelligent people with different opinions stay put."

"I tried for a year to offer suggestions. I don't think they're about to listen now."

"personality in radio is everything, try and be yourself and hopefully your wit and charms wins them over."

"It didnt pay too much working at the radio staiton, not much upward mobility involved."

"Prepare to interview with this company like you would any interview. They seem to have a preference for hiring recent college graduates and inexperienced people."

"Low pay; Almost no raises, ever; Enough incentive to do a good job, but little incentive to do a great job; struggling industry"

"Find more ways to make the company profitable; Offer employees regular yearly reviews and raises"

"It is very free and we are capable of making our own decisions."

"There are not interviews this is the capstone course for CS majors at Siena College."

"A lot of the documentation we create is extremely repetitive."

"Split up the work a little more evenly as to not have one person doing the majority of the work."
