"I love the responsibility that I am given in my current position and the chance it gives me to propose new ideas and work with different departments and co-workers. It does have its challenges, such as trying to see eye to eye with some stakeholders, especially the less tech savy ones who want to create custom web pages that do not work inside the university template."

"It was a great company to learn from. Learned a lot with networking since I worked in the Data Center."

What don't you like about working at MCI?

"Working nights and not having a way to move up in the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It has since gone out of business and part of the reason was management."
