"It's a very fulfilling, challenge rich, field to tackle. As most anybody in web related occupations will tell you, it never gets old. You're always branching out and touching new things, whether they be new or pre existing. Over time, you become good at many different things. If you are truly talented, you become great at both design and development. This requires a very ambidextrous mind, capable of really balancing both and switching whenever it proves necessary. Very rewarding."

"I love adding and editing content to websites, talking to my bosses to see how they vision what they want and actually producing the result effectively. Learning HTML and CSS is wonderful and fun. Only thing I hate is when there is no work, time goes by so slow when there is no content to add."

"Loved all but the last year."

What do you like about working at The University of Texas at Dallas?

"I absolutely loved it when I was with the Office of Undergraduate Education. The transfer to the Office of Communication where its manager was at the opposite end of the pole in personality from myself made the work difficult, and then items beyond my control (trying to get information from another department to complete a project), combined with a newly diagnosed autoimmune disease, caused my relationship with the university to come to an end."

"My new manager in the Office of Communications - a complete witch along with her right-hand, jerseylicious syncophant."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Words fail me. Well... civil ones."
