"The interview was definitely something like I hav never experienced before.I was there for a total of 5 hours and had to interview with 15 different managers when they all already knew which team I was going on after the first person."

What don't you like about working at Weatherby Healthcare?

"They let everyone start here and their main goal is to use everyone to build up their personal database for veryone else to call on in the company. You get penalized if you do not turn in new self generated leads so they can add to their company database from your hard work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think that they need to chage the way everything operates and get rid of the 6 managers they have for one team and spend that money on more lead generation for the sales consultants to call."
