"The management and the style of the business is lacking. It's a hospital and med school that they would like to see turn a profit but they don't have business minded people in the positions they need them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would say that they need to trim the fat more, they let workers get away with a lot of slacking. I would also say they need to run the place more as a business."
