"I have worked for Wawa for two years and have found the company to be amazing. Our focus on our associates is by far the best I have seen in the C-store industry. The values in which they drive associate and customer retention are displayed on a daily basis and we are able to change the life of someone everyday. Our devotion to community charities shows the type of people and company we are involved in. The ability for each and every associate to own a part of the company through ESOP is very few and far between among other top employers."
