"I would suggest that you convey that you are a team player and that you are willing to learn and perform multiple responsibilities. Also, the company likes to hire people who are motivated to advance their careers and move up."

What don't you like about working at Wawa?

"The workload was overwhelming. There was too much on my shoulders and I had to take the fall for a lot of employee misbehavior."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would not tolerate bad behavior from employees, such as not showing up or showing up late for work."

"Flexibility with work schedule. Comfortable work environment. Above minimum wage pay."

"Don't rock the boat or you will be shown the door. Stay under the radar."

"Favorites played among associates and managers. Not equal recognition, treatment or awards given to associates."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to associates and don't accept retaliation against associates when they raise concerns about store managers."
