"Rude management, skimpy benefits, and poor job security. All confidence is provided to senior management and not its junior engineers. Lack of trust exists throughout the organization."

"Practice what you preach. If you preach a harmonious worker relationship, then do it. Don't post it on your web site and do the opposite."
