"I worked for waste management for 5 years and always was a top performer. Once you were able to sell in this role they would manipulate your commissions so you wouldn’t make a lot of money. Clearly unethical. The managers were like little dictators and knew nothing about what our day-to-day role was. Once you show them you don’t need management to be successful they start the process of trying to get rid of these types of employees. Overcharging customers and feeding their stick-marked agendas."

"I did not get along with the location supervisor. She shows serious favoritism."

"Make that assistant manager a full manager. He was great and understanding, and worked with all employees with an outlook of what we dealt with and helped do problem solving."

"I like working with them, I had better options and to work on flexible schedules, and made emergency road calls and assigned duties as a mechanic."

"The good old boy system, you are not rewarded for things you do but the politics, not everything is as it seems, your managers do not live what they tell you to do, some stuck in old ways."

"I was disappointed they didn't didn't try to fit consultants into a full time job,even though management had promised such. They also cut the consultants loose without some sort of warning."

"At the time I worked there, a new manager took over and eliminated the QA department to save money within a 24 hr period. This was handled poorly."
