"I loved my location and customers. I also had a good assistant manager. He looked out for the employees."

"If you get on with them you will be happy."

What don't you like about working at Waste Management?

"I did not get along with the location supervisor. She shows serious favoritism."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Make that assistant manager a full manager. He was great and understanding, and worked with all employees with an outlook of what we dealt with and helped do problem solving."
