"Almost very often you need to stay very late, long working day even weekends"

"I think in the way that they were managing the bussines is the best way since we need to have the work force as flat as possible due that we are 3PL warehouse, we need to be very efficients"

"employees were under paid for there hard amount of labor they performed."

"your employees are very important don't loose track of dead lines like bonus and salary increases which they didn't respect."
