"Be prepared for situational questions-When did you experience an irate customer and what did you do to diffuse the situation things like that."

"Specific managers were too concerned with speed rather than customer service. Unreasonable policies concerning errors. Would rather fire seasoned employees for small errors and hire inexperienced new employees who will likely make the same mistakes, only worse."

"JP Morgan was better to work for than WaMu. They provided interesting tasks, opportunities, and challenges to aid in career growth."

"They moved my position to the East Coast."

"Keep Lotus, it works better, is more secure, and more robust than the alternatives."

"I have great managers and very poor managers. The great manager treats people with respect. He is good source of information and knowledge and he wants people to be competent and knowledgeable, so he promotes training, compensation, and recognition."
