"As an intern you were considered at the bottom of the totem pole, working the shifts and performing the duties that a majority of the senior staff chose not to do. That being said, I believe that this position gave me the perspective necessary to understand the importance of every role, no matter how small or grand, in a successful business."

"I believe that management expressed all concerns and critiques in a positive, professional manner. They ensured that recognition was given to the deserving recipient and that all would become inspired to model the same behavior."

"Most of the things about the job are bad... getting yelled at by guests about things you can do nothing about (height requirements, outdated rides and games), dealing with people who don't want to be there, people who complain about 30-minute long lines here at Disney Quest (seriously, have you BEEN to Magic Kingdom!), and my favorite *sarcasm*, the awful virtual reality headgear."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Update the attractions at DisneyQuest so the guests don't yell at the cast members. Also, maybe advertise it better. People don't know what it is when they come in."

"I like the free passes to parks, being outside, managers, and the like-age coworkers."

"Managers seem quite incompetent. The way they treat me reflects on the way I treat others and is just not a feel-good environment. The pay being not enough is an understatement. I have too much responsibility and not enough support. The union is a joke. The list goes on..."

"Lots! I would spend more time seeing what average workers' experiences on the job are like. Make rules based on observations and hands-on experiences. Negotiate better pay rates and work harder at keeping people happy."
