"I enjoy operating different vessels on the water, and the positive experiences with people I work with."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If Disney is a place you love then don't work there. It's disheartening to see some things that go on. It's fun for a little while but the pay rate is not sufficient. I live paycheck to paycheck and work every chance I can."

"Lots! I would spend more time seeing what average workers' experiences on the job are like. Make rules based on observations and hands-on experiences. Negotiate better pay rates and work harder at keeping people happy."
