3.4 I began as the senior M/P/FP estimator/manager and found it to be rewarding until the agreement we had at time of hire to pursue a true MEP department was put in a holding pattern.I still don't know if management thought that I would not pursue it as hard as I did or otherwise, but once I was told that they wanted to slow it down I requested to move to a field position which is where I am now. I believe in the strength a true MEP department can offer a GC/CM.

3.1 My time at walsh has been great, but overall as a corporation, there seems to be too much distance between the divisions and the head. The ideals are perfect, and leadership lacks. I feel their trade workers are left to do a safe, quality, and timely job without the tools and support needed. Definite room for improvement.

5 They follow company rules and guidelines to the letter. They also maintain to update employees on the current production equipment to the current level such as classes either by outside contractors or fellow employees to train via website skills to be able to perform their job functions as efficiently as possible. They also yearly remind federal policies such as harassment and other social issues on special designed interactive programs.
