"The customers. My co workers. I get a locker. Theres 2 bathrooms."

"no. Just dont go to the alma Walmart the employees r great other than that hang it up."

"Poor poor management. There is a I in team there."

"Putting your work off on under paid employees is not right"

"Working with different people and being able to help the customers"

"They need to be more aware of other people's feelings and listen more"

What do you like about working at Walmart?

"Made friends with a few people and it was always a fun time working with them. There was a period where we could always joke and have fun while working. I had a manager in my back pocket so I always had someone protecting me. No I wasn't an ass kisser the manager just liked me cause I'm a stand up person."

"work here only if you HAVE too, don't sell yourself short"

What don't you like about working at Walmart?

"Your start to see your co-workers true colors after a few months. It seemed like a never ending soap opera with the cashiers. Between all my co-workers there was ALWAYS talking behind each others backs. People will backstab you and step all over you to get ahead and look good. Managers rarely commented on my work performance. For a week I worked 16 hour days and sacrificed time in school but nothing good ever came about (no promotion, no thank yous, etc.)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Grow the hell up and act like an authority figure."

"I really liked that you got health insurance 6 months after you work for them."

"Be confident, dress nicely, and maintain eye contact during it."

What don't you like about working at Walmart?

"I don't like the fact that you have so many managers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Organize yourselves. Yall all have really good ideas but stop thinking yours is better than everyone elses."

"Talking to customers and making sure the Infant Department is arranged accordingly, along with the people I get to know."

"Explain mostly about what qualities you think you have that would most benefit the company."

"There is the great deal of physical labor but that factor is manageable."
