"I've worked at Walmart for 7 months and from what I have seen its pretty mediocre. For example, management is understaffed which leads to a lot of customer dissatisfaction which the cashier is on the front line for. I don't feel I get compensated for the problems that are thrown at me each day. It's not all the managers fault though the Walmart system in general is broken."
