"Personal friendships and popularity play too great a role in promotions rather than work ethic and dedication."

"Tasks and goals need to be more clearly defined. Higher standards for cleanliness and organization."

"I appreciated actually having a job and looked forward to possibility of moving up in the company until I got sick and had to leave work."

"Good luck and I hope you have a better experience with them than I did."

What don't you like about working at Walgreens?

"I think that the restructuring of the company was done by people that have no experience actually working in a store. Unreasonable expectations and no compensation for appreciation of the employees they do have."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Walgreens needs to go back to some of their old customs of the four way test and there mission statement. With the economy I think they have gotten greatly derailed as to how to treat their employees"
