"I've worked for WageWorks since 2016 in the Relationship Management department. I loved my job there. I was able to grow my career and made a lot of solid business connections. The corporate structure was very siloed due to a slew of acquisitions of other companies and not enough resources on the operations side, but things were progressing positively up until the Health Equity takeover.. I was laid off along with a lot of other middle and upper management by Health Equity leadership, but from what I've been told by those who are still there, things have become more hectic. Overall, I think the products and services are solid, and it will eventually improve. The Health Equity leadership had a good work paradigm and I believe that will aid them through the reorg."

"Wageworks provided consumer driven benefits for employers of different sizes. It had a good product and was considered one of the top companies in the industry. After getting acquired by HealthEquity, there was a significant reorganization that has had a negative impact on the employee morale."

"I worked for WageWorks a little over 2 years. I enjoyed the role, working with people and the flexibility. I'm a proponent of the industry however the direction was at times unclear. WageWorks was recently acquired by HealthEquity and many layoffs recently occurred."

Customer Service Agent

"I have worked for Wage Works for about 6 months and the training for the positions could be better. While that I notice that the floor managers like to play favorites, the attendance policy is so strict that It does not allow for things that are out of your control. The training for the position I worked seemed incomplete due to the company withholding training the claims department has that would be useful to the customer service agents so that they could better explain the denied claim."
