"exciting, dynamic place to work. About 50 percent of the staff were competent, grown-up professionals."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"There are a lot of good people here - find them, and stick with them if you're good - if you're an idiot that likes to clown around, you'll find lots of people here to fit in with, too - stay out of the way of the ones that are getting the work DONE."
What don't you like about working at Vurv Technology?
"About 50 percent of the staff were clownish children more interested in playing ping-pong and eating the free pop-tarts."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be a bit more aware of who is producing, and who isn't. I had to re-work most of the code that the top producer created, since he was just trying to show high productivity numbers by solving a lot of issues."
