"Working for Vulcan Materials was a good company to work for the last 12 year, until the last year when both Upper management and line managers started taking kick backs and promoting famil member to management postions, to protect there kick backs. Lots of employee's lost their jobs because plants were closed and employees were laid off."

"upper management would promote family to maangement postions without posting the postions. Also the racist remarks, and negitive remarks that were made by management and sales staff."
