"Read the job description and clarify any statements you do not understand before committing to any job."

What don't you like about working at Visiting Nurse Associations of America?

"- Required to routinely adjust schedule ,days off, pick up additional call time due to staff shortage. Long work days: 9-15hour per day without sufficient compensation. Reimbursement of work on a pay per visit schedule .Poor on call reimbursement.Longevity does not seem to matter."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen and acknowledge employee input. Value suggestions and inquiries instead of of labeling your employees as complainers or poor team players.Avoid making invalid excuses why things cannot change or at minimum monetarily compensate employees fairly."
