"This is a great company that is employee-focused. They believe in training their employees, providing many different ways for the employees to grow both technically and magisterially. They also have provided us with access to interesting and diverse speakers, everyone from Brent Spiner to Donald Knuth. The work is challenging and the management team is supportive and for the most part, upfront and honest with the employee when he/she has an issue. They believe that just because you work in a remote location you are not a second class employee and they work hard and continue to make that a priority. They believe that open and honest communication is important and they "walk the walk""
"I'm working in VMware Inc through HCL technologies since 2014. VMware is been one of the Fortune best 100 companies with good work life balance with good Work culture!"
"I have worked at Vmware from the year Feb 2014 to July 2019. One of the best places to work as an individual as they take care of the employee."
"I've worked with VMware for around 3 years and have found it to be a mixture of the good, the bad, and the ugly. There are some great people to work with at VMware. Unfortunately, given its rapid growth, several bad-apples have joined as well. If you end up on a team that has one of these bad apples, unfortunately VMware doesn't do a good job at shedding them (with 360 degree reviews), so it will make life miserable for you."
"Work environment is fine, but they do layoffs every year."
"Good compensation and Good people, challenging work"
"I've worked at VMware since 2016. It's a great place to work."
"Overall is pretty good except the room to go up"
"It was a good experience overall, but in larger corporate environments it can be difficult to control your own destiny."
"Worked since 2019. Excellent technical people. Erratic management."
