"Some departments of the company, such as finance, are located in a different state and its distance takes away that face to face working environment, if you will"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It would be nice to be able to travel, personally meet other co-workers that are located out of state. Co-workers that share some of the responsibilities the logistics department has in place."
