"payroll coverage does not allow for all tasks to get done in a timely manner yet are still held accountable for all job functions complete or not"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"stop opening so many stores and reinvest that money into that stores that are already here, they are the ones who need the resources desperately & not getting them only results in excessive turnover."

"I like everything about working for this company from the people to the environment. This company has an amazing reputation for grooming great managers/leaders and the opportunities for growth within the company are really amazing to me."

"The only tip I have for others interviewing for this position is for you to truly have a passion for working with others. This job is so much more than a pay check, you must have a love for helping people and patience to deal with those who feel you are below them because you work in retail."
What don't you like about working at Hollister?
"There are not many things that I do not like about this company, but the main thing that I do not like this company is the compensation. The managers in training and assistant managers receive the same pay though they don't do the same job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My only suggestion for management would be to compensate your managers properly."

"All the co-workers were very nice and friendly. I made so many good friend while I worked there."

"Nothing. I quit the job because the company could not support my Visa."

"Management is very important for all the jobs. You have to know how to manage your work in an order, you have to manage your staff, it is one of the most important things you have to know."
