"I worked for Hollister for 6 years and there is very little mobility possible. They are not the best company to work for, the company as a whole does not treat their employees that well even though the managers are normally very good. There is a lot of turnover with both employees and managers so you're constantly developing new relationships with assistant managers, store managers and district managers."
