"The only tip I have for others interviewing for this position is for you to truly have a passion for working with others. This job is so much more than a pay check, you must have a love for helping people and patience to deal with those who feel you are below them because you work in retail."

What don't you like about working at Hollister?

"There are not many things that I do not like about this company, but the main thing that I do not like this company is the compensation. The managers in training and assistant managers receive the same pay though they don't do the same job."

"My only suggestion for management would be to compensate your managers properly."

"The opportunity to grow, learn and achieve while building and developing a team of individuals who share the same goals as I did. I also had a very healthy and open relationship and communication with my bosses and those who were above me. I enjoy the atmosphere and the mission which were entrusted to carry out. "Change the vision back and ensure your people care as much about promoting and protecting the brand as much as the higher ups do."

"Given the small size of the staff, there are inherent limitations on what could be accomplished. management was not always realistic in expectations."
