"I enjoyed getting up everyday knowing that there was a great task ahead of me. Problems in manufacturing, people, machinery and delivery that I was able to and did resolved. Knowing I made a difference was a big incenitive in accomplishing my daily tasks."

"Visteon could be more open with employees regarding the state of the business. Automotive Components Holdings should continue to try to get placement at Ford for more employees."

"Visteon was making money in this group and it was one of the only groups that was profitable but it was not considered Core business."

"Good luck! There are some great people there, but you have to deal with the politics the HR Manager, if you cross her you're on her list to be harassed."

"Get rid of the HR Manager, she holds grudges and very vindictive. Not caring or understanding unless you're male and in the same social class with her."
